NPI wins Award of Distinction - Sprocket/Pulley (MPIF - 2023)

At the MPIF Trade Show in 2023, Nichols Portland Inc. won an Award of Distinction in the hand tool recreation category for conventional PM components for a 32-tooth belt drive transmission sprocket.

Using powder metallurgy helped reduce overall part weight by 18% without sacrificing strength or durability, making it great to use for motorcycle applications.
